Breast Cancer UK work hard to ensure the information and advice we provide in our publications and on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we know that mistakes and errors can happen and we know that not everyone will be happy with the information or messages in our campaigns.

All feedback or complaints directed at material produced by Breast Cancer UK in print or online are taken seriously and will be acted upon promptly.
You will receive an initial response to your complaint within 72 hours.
Following full consideration and relevant research, you will receive a full response from us within 14 working days of us receiving the complaint. Any remedial action required will be carried out within 4 weeks of having received the complaint.
